Smoothies are popular meals and snacks and can suit almost any taste or dietary preference. Those made with fruit, veggies, yogurt, and healthy fats are the most nutritious. The most basic smoothie starts with two essential ingredients — a base and a liquid. From there, you can combine ingredients to your liking.

The WHEN Project, presented by Sis. Karen Byrd, is a program that aims to provide education on healthy eating habits along with helping people become intentional about adding the health foods into their daily diet. Each month, we will introduce a new healthy food to add to your diet for the month. This won't take away from your eating schedule but will help incorporate healthier foods. Get started.
